Prepare for your homecoming! Build the dream.

blueprintsThere are an estimated FOUR MILLION Zimbabweans in the diaspora, working in countries all over the world.

Where are you? What work have you been doing? Zimbabwe will WELCOME those who do come home.

Priority will be given to ZIMBABWEANS seeking employment on reconstruction projects and in the private sector. Remember, if no Zimbabweans come back, the jobs will have to go to other expats – so come home as soon as you can.

Your country needs you, your skills and your experience

Massive international aid and re-development finance will be made available for the rebuilding of Zimbabwe. Zimbabweans are very special people, and the world will be amazed at how fast our nation will RISE from the ASHES to once again become Africa’s most wonderful country.

The first step is to put your hand up and be counted. That way, the planners can plan and the matchmakers can matchmake.

coming home “preps” was always the original plan for most of us. unfortunately as we did not have an insight of falling into the systems of “voluntary slavery”. you get paid through the right and the net salaries fall through the left. unfortunately not all of us intent to for variuos reasons. as they in shona “kwadzinorohwa matumbu ndiko kwadzino manyira”. people do not realise the root problem but only the effect is felt. diaspora caused it to benefit for the last loot. so the best way is to say no by protecticg our resourses and reduce exports now until such a time western countries come to ask transparently from zimbabwe. no zimbawean is welcome now in any country. Zimbawe belongs to Zimbabweans and is being sold by Zimbabweans. lets put our house in order first. westerners shall continue to suck our resourses till we play to their own tune. exports are still functioning right now in Zimbabwe but “where” are they investing it? ban all the xports for now rather accumulate for a certain period or pay the correct taxes to the government then manage the monies fairly. “ngatisaitai sezvitsere zvino mora uchi hwemumhango husingachewuki pauno gadzika makudo achinonga. wake-up and see. wake-up and see Zimbabwe.

I agree with wezhira uyu. It aint easy being Zimbabwean in another country. We have the necessary resources and abundant skill to lift Zimbabwe right out of the mud to the top of the african map. I personally have learnt a lot of things and I have a lot of ideas on how to get out of this situation bar the politics. We have seen other countries employing technocrats to high positions and they are changing the face of provinces. I am working for the Gauteng Department of Transport, Roads and Works currently. I got employed because they realised political appointments have no technical skill to turn around the economic landscape. Gauteng right now is the only province in Africa that has an economic growth factor of note even in these trying times. If our political leaders can c that the way forward is to employ the expertise of people like myself and a whole lot of others who have been working day in day oput for other countries, we will make the world cry when our economy starts regulating itself.
