Right now a lot of Zimbabweans who have good jobs elsewhere have little to no incentive in risking their current positions (except for the love of the country) by return to an unstable employment market/government which has done almost nothing right now to guarantee employment and good salaries. Dual Citizenship allows people the option to leave freely without persecution minus the land redistribution nightmares of late 90s early 2000s.
